1. About these terms
These terms explain the rules for using the Cloud Tech System website and platform. By browsing the website, trying a demo, creating an account or subscribing to a system, you accept these terms.
2. What the platform is
Cloud Tech System is a software marketplace for businesses. On it you can find ready-to-use systems, request a custom system, sell your own systems (if you are a developer) or recommend them in exchange for a commission (if you are an affiliate).
3. Accounts
You will need an account to subscribe to a system, list systems or take part as an affiliate. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and your account information accurate.
4. Live demos
Demos use sample data and are only for trying out the system. Don't store real information in a demo: demo data may be deleted or reset at any time.
5. Subscriptions and pricing
Each system shows on its page its payment type (monthly or one-time) and its price in US dollars (USD), once it has been set. For now, subscriptions are arranged directly with our team; the conditions of each subscription are confirmed before starting.
6. Custom systems
For custom or tailored systems we send a proposal with the scope, timeline and cost. Work starts once both parties accept the proposal.
7. Developers
Systems listed by developers remain pending until our team reviews and approves them. We may reject or remove a system that doesn't meet the platform guidelines. Sales conditions and commissions for developers will be set out in a separate agreement.
8. Affiliates
Affiliates receive a link to recommend systems. The commission rate and payment method will be set out in a separate agreement.
9. Support
We offer support via WhatsApp and phone, in English and Spanish, for subscribed systems. What the support of each system includes is shown on its page.
10. Intellectual property
The systems, texts, brands and designs on the website belong to Cloud Tech System or their respective owners. Subscribing to a system gives you the right to use it as agreed, not to copy or resell it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page.
